Living Arts is an Expressive Arts and creative coaching practice rooted in eco-somatics, embodied creativity, and arts-based youth development. Through movement, storytelling, immersion in nature, mindfulness, and interdisciplinary art-making, we offer immersive spaces that invite presence, imagination, expression, and authentic connection.

Nature-Based Immersions

Day-long guided nature-based sessions in San Francisco parks such as Golden Gate Park, Lands End, and the Presidio, where movement, sensory awareness, and creative exploration unfold in direct relationship with the land.

Teen Arts Incubation Program (Citywide Cultural Exploration + Project Development)

An immersive multi-session program for teens that weaves together visits to galleries, museums, performances, screenings, and experimental art spaces across the city. These encounters serve as catalysts for inquiry, inspiration, and dialogue, forming the foundation for each participant’s individual creative process. Throughout the program, teens are supported in developing a self-directed artistic project—drawing from their experiences, reflections, and embodied responses to the works and environments they encounter. The program culminates in a completed body of work that reflects their unique perspective and evolving creative language.

Artist Studio Visits & Creative Encounters

Facilitated visits that connect teens directly with the local arts ecosystem through in-person experiences in artist studios, creative workspaces, and interdisciplinary practice environments. Participants engage with practicing artists across visual art, performance, and experimental media, gaining insight into lived creative processes and artistic pathways. Each visit is paired with guided reflection and embodied creative exploration, supporting participants in translating what they witness into their own developing artistic voice.
